W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. did an interior space build-out to accommodate a Beall’s Outlet and an Ace Hardware store.
Rooms To Go
W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. designed and provided complete construction services as the general contractor of a new 8,000-square-foot sales building. Services included cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, initial subcontractor pre-qualification, and trade award.
Sun City Center Plaza
W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. did a renovation of the existing exterior facade of the East and West buildings.
Embassy Crossing Shopping Center
W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. utilized design/build competencies to integrate three major anchor tenants' requirements into a successful shopping center that includes 26,000 square feet of second-floor office space, including a banks with drive-in facilities, to complement the anchors and the 115,890 square feet of local retail space.
Crystal River Shopping Center
W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. utilized cost-saving techniques and adjustments to the structural design without changing the desired aesthetics. Some of the project's features are barrel canvas canopies, glazed tile decor roofing, and high stucco facade for tenant signage.
Park Place Plaza
W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. served as the general contractor on a 61,000 square foot grocery store and an additional 5,760 square feet of retail spaces, as well as the development of 7 acres to include new water lines, sanitary sewer, storm drain, irrigation, traffic signals and landscaping.
New Bill Currie Ford Dealership
W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. designed and provided complete construction services as the General Contractor on a new 23,860 square foot sales building with executive offices on the second level.
Embassy Office Building
This 26,000 square foot, two-story office building was integrated by W.E. Dentmon Construction Inc. into the 317,572 square foot Embassy Crossing Shopping Center in Port Richey, Florida.
The design challenge to create a functional office facility in a primarily retail atmosphere was met with ease. The building features a beautiful sloped glass atrium-style entry and elevator lobby, multiple open-air terraces, tilt-walls, a unique bank drive-through area on the first level, and architecturally pleasing contemporary styling.
2111 Swann Avenue Building
This 25,000-square-foot medical office building contains a two-story glass arched atrium in the reception area, mezzanined two-story medical library and conference room with pyramid skylights and spiral staircase to the book balcony, and a complete medical laboratory, including blood and tissue typing and donor organ matching equipment.
Tampa Bay Yacht & Country Club
At a cost of approximately $1 million, this 70-plus year old facility underwent extensive renovations, new additions, and heavy demolition and rehabilitation to showcase a beautiful country and yacht club.
