Our Team

Marshall E. Dentmon– President

Text Box: Mr. Dentmon has accumulated over thirty-eight years in the industry. He is now serving as the President of W.E. Dentmon, responsible for establishing corporate objectives and fulfilling the company’s commitment to our clients.

William E. Dentmon– Executive Vice President

Text Box: William serves as Executive Vice President of W.E. Dentmon Construction, Inc. He presently directs the company by implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives.

Terry C. Simmons– Vice President of Field Operations

Text Box: Terry oversees all field aspects in the construction process including working directly with field personnel to ensure each project is completed to its specifications.

James Dentmon– Director of Business Development

Text Box: James’s responsibilities include the development of business relationships by handling all client-related issues, and the creation of all company brochures, proposals, presentations, and other marketing related activities.

Lynn Bateman– Executive Secretary

Lynn coordinates clerical and support services including the direction of administrative duties for specific personnel or groups and provides clerical support, document editing, and assistance to one or more executives within the company.

Jeannie Harrington– Accountant

Jeannie provides direction and leadership for the financial operations of the company and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Field Personnel

Our superintendents and foremen combined have over 200 years of construction experience. Responsibilities for superintendents include all on-site activities and procedures that entail the scheduling of company crews and subcontractors. Their goal is to insure the completion of all field activities per the schedule and specifications for every project.

Jan Chamberlin– Senior Estimator

Jan’s duties include but are not limited to, reviewing bid proposals, clarifying when necessary and obtaining competitive bids from subcontractors.
